If your delivery has not arrived on its scheduled delivery day, you can check your tracking number located in the Tracking Updates email with subject line “UPS Ship Notification, Tracking Number” for further information about arrival times. Meal shipment boxes have been tested for temperature control and are packed in insulated boxes with proper ice packs to withstand shipping delays of up to 24 hours past the original estimated delivery time. However, we encourage you to use your judgment prior to consumption, and we are always here to help if anything arrives less than perfect!
