We do not recommend completing intense workouts while on Level II. Cleansing requires a tremendous amount of energy which means your body needs to channel its available energy towards releasing stored toxins. Too much physical exertion could result in lightheadedness, nausea, and lethargy. Try using your cleanse week to focus on inward healing and balance. If you must workout, check out the videos we provide in your daily detox check-in emails (chair yoga and meditation) or opt for a gentle walk or restorative yoga.
