We encourage you to refrain from taking OTC painkillers (ie: ibuprofen) unless prescribed by your healthcare practitioner. Since these drugs add to your toxic load (which we are actively releasing on this cleanse), taking them will inhibit your body’s detox process and may negatively impact your results.
If you are on any prescription medications or are being treated for a medical condition, we recommend that you partake in Level II only under the permission and close guidance of your healthcare practitioner. Please ask your doctor before quitting any medications or incorporating new supplements, to avoid any potential contraindications.
We also advise stopping all Sakara products (i.e. Metabolism Powder, Protein + Greens Super Powder, The Foundation) that are not included in your cleanse delivery. You can pick these back up with your usual routine once all of your Level II supplement packs have been completed.
