Metabolism Super Powder contains cacao, which naturally contains a small amount of caffeine and the mild, non-addictive stimulant theobromine. On average, 11.7g of cacao (the amount in one serving of Metabolism Super Powder) will contain roughly 60mg caffeine and 200mg theobromine (about 1/4 of the caffeine in a 12 oz cup of coffee). While this depends on your sensitivity to cacao, it is typically not enough to make you jittery or affect your sleep (about the same as eating about half a chocolate bar!).
