If you are just starting Sakara, we recommend abstaining from caffeinated drinks, such as coffee and tea, to allow the body to reset itself. Instead, we recommend substituting with our Detox tea, another herbal tea, or warm water with lemon. If you find that it is just too hard to give up caffeine, it's OK! You won't reverse the effects of your program or prevent yourself from getting results. Try having just 1 cup a day with a dollop of coconut oil stirred in (instead of milk and sugar) for a delicious and metabolism-boosting treat.
