If you are just starting Sakara, we recommend abstaining from caffeinated drinks, such as coffee, to support the body in recalibrating. Instead, we recommend substituting with one of our Sakara Teas or warm water with lemon. If you find that it is just too hard to give up caffeine, it's OK! You won't reverse the effects of your program or prevent yourself from getting results.
