The probiotic supplement in The Foundation is the same formulation as the Complete Probiotic Formula that is sold separately in our Sakara Shop. The Foundation includes one capsule of this Complete Probiotic Formula, which is recommended as your daily maintenance dose. If you are new to taking a daily probiotic, we advise starting with the once daily pill included in The Foundation. If your body is already used to probiotics or you experience frequent bloat and digestive discomfort, allergies, or autoimmune issues, you can increase your daily probiotic intake to up to four pills daily; two in AM and two in PM by purchasing a separate bottle of our Complete Probiotic Formula to take alongside The Foundation.
