You can view your order tracking by logging in to your Sakara account and clicking on Profile --> Order History. Find the order number and click "View Details" and then "Track Order" to view order status. Once the items have shipped, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information to the email used to place the order. You can search for this shipping confirmation by typing “A shipment from order # is on the way” in your email inbox. If your order has not arrived within the expected ship time (4-10 business days if you opt for regular shipping, 2-4 business days if you opt for expedited), please contact support@sakaralife.com.
