First of all, congratulations! We have pregnant and nursing mamas on the Sakara signature meal program each week, and they find that the program supports them very nicely during their motherhood journey. The most important rule while on the program is to listen to your body, so while some of our Sakara moms thrive on the program as-is, others find that they feel best when supplementing the meals with clean, whole food snacks and/or animal protein. We always recommend speaking to your healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet during this special time! We do not recommend the Sakara Level II: Detox Program if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
